JOB APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

APPLICATION AGREEMENT

By submitting a job, crew, internship, volunteer, audition, or other position application to CC Productions, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. APPLICATION INFORMATION

Applicants agree to provide information that is accurate and truthful to the best of their knowledge.

Applicants should not intentionally provide:

• False names

• False experience

• False qualifications

• Misleading information

• Someone else's work as their own

• Unauthorized documents

CC Productions may request clarification if information provided in an application is incomplete or unclear.

2. APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A POSITION

Submitting an application does not guarantee:

• An interview

• An audition

• A callback

• A job

• A crew position

• A production role

• Compensation

• Production credit

Applications are reviewed according to the needs and requirements of the applicable opportunity.

3. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Each position may have different requirements.

Applicants are responsible for reviewing the requirements listed for the position before applying.

Requirements may include:

• Age requirements

• Skills

• Experience

• Availability

• Project-specific qualifications

• Location requirements

• Training requirements

• Parent or guardian permission when applicable

4. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Certain CC Productions opportunities may have minimum-age requirements.

If an applicant is under 18, additional requirements may apply depending on the position and applicable laws.

Where required, participation may require permission or involvement from a parent or legal guardian.

Applicants must not misrepresent their age.

5. APPLICATION REVIEW

CC Productions may review submitted applications and determine which applicants should proceed to the next stage.

The review process may include consideration of:

• Position requirements

• Skills

• Experience

• Availability

• Project needs

• Submitted materials

Not every applicant will necessarily receive a response or advance to another stage.

6. INTERVIEWS & AUDITIONS

Certain positions may require an interview, audition, callback, test, sample project, or other evaluation.

Participation in an interview or audition does not guarantee selection.

Additional requirements may be provided during the application process.

7. ORIGINAL MATERIALS

Applicants must have the appropriate rights or permission to submit any materials included with their application.

This may include:

• Videos

• Photographs

• Writing samples

• Artwork

• Scripts

• Music

• Designs

• Portfolios

• Other creative work

Applicants should not submit confidential or copyrighted material belonging to another person without appropriate authorization.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Applicants may receive information about CC Productions projects that has not yet been publicly released.

Applicants agree to treat confidential application or production information appropriately and not intentionally disclose private production information without authorization.

9. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Applicants and participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.

Unacceptable conduct may include:

• Harassment

• Threatening behavior

• Deliberate disruption

• Discrimination

• Intentionally damaging property

• Misuse of production equipment

• Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information

Additional company policies may apply.

10. COMMUNICATION

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

CC Productions may use the contact information supplied by the applicant for legitimate application-related communication.

Applicants should monitor the communication method they provide.

11. AVAILABILITY

Applicants should provide accurate availability information.

If an applicant becomes unavailable after applying, they should communicate the change when appropriate.

Availability does not guarantee selection.

12. EQUIPMENT & PROPERTY

Applicants and participants must not use CC Productions equipment or property without authorization.

If a participant is authorized to use production equipment, they are expected to handle it responsibly and follow applicable instructions.

13. SAFETY

Production activities must be conducted with appropriate attention to safety.

Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions and should report safety concerns to the appropriate production personnel.

No applicant should be asked to intentionally perform an unsafe activity simply for an application or audition.

14. PARENT OR GUARDIAN REQUIREMENTS

For applicants under 18, CC Productions may require parent or legal guardian involvement depending on the opportunity.

Additional documentation, supervision, scheduling, or participation requirements may apply.

15. APPLICATION MATERIALS

CC Productions may retain application information for the purpose of reviewing and managing applications, subject to applicable privacy practices and requirements.

Applicants should only submit information that is reasonably necessary for the application.

16. WITHDRAWING AN APPLICATION

An applicant may communicate that they no longer wish to be considered for an opportunity.

Withdrawal from one application does not necessarily prevent the applicant from applying for a different opportunity in the future.

17. CHANGES TO POSITIONS

CC Productions may modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel a position or project when circumstances require.

Project schedules, responsibilities, and requirements may also change.

18. NO GUARANTEE OF FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES

Applying for or participating in one CC Productions project does not guarantee consideration for future projects.

Future applications may be required.

19. APPLICATION FRAUD

Providing intentionally false information may result in an application being rejected or participation being ended.

CC Productions may request verification of information when appropriate.

20. ACCEPTANCE

By submitting an application, the applicant confirms that they:

☐ Agree to follow applicable CC Productions policies.
☐ Understand that age or guardian requirements may apply.

FINAL NOTICE

Submitting an application means that you have read and understood these application terms.

These terms apply to CC Productions applications unless a specific project provides additional terms or requirements.
